West of Hudson Properties doesn’t charge any application fees. We’re so certain that you’ll love the apartments in which our leasing agents show you that we don’t require this fee.
The application process follows this order:
- You make an appointment with the leasing agent.
- You fill out the application documents.
- If your application passes, then you pay the security deposit and first month’s rent of your desired unit.
- You sign the lease agreement.
- You move into the apartment.
You will need the following documents: your id, your income/bank information, and your three most recent pay stubs. You may need your credit score depending on the apartment.
Most of these documents take 3 business days to verify.
We check for a criminal record and any prior evictions.
The security deposits vary. They are written in the “additional details” of each individual unit’s page.
All of our units are pet-friendly. We welcome all members of your family (even the furry ones)!
Most units don’t require a pet fee. However, some units may require a small fee. If there is a pet fee, you’ll be able to find it in the “additional details” of the unit.
